I’m responding to the assertion that heavenly rewards come from repentance, and not virtuous actions. I disagree.
Of course, I don’t believe in Spaghetti Monsters, so.
@NiAlBu nobody is perfect. we have all made mistakes..even if they’re small. everyone sins..so everyone should repent.
This man sickens me. Using a guilt card to manipulate others to agree with ones beliefs in an effort to validate them in their own delusional fantasy is a very selfish thing to do. I am terrified that these men took this interviewer seriously in the least. How DARE he question their morals, and how DARE he offer them a solution to a problem that doesn’t need fixing.

So salvation doesn’t come from doing what’s right? You have to be a bad enough person to repent in order to go to heaven? Doesn’t that make god a sith lord or something?
I thought that the defense attorneys had a better idea than the interviewer. If God gave us all these emotions wouldn’t he have known and accepted that they would sometimes get out of hand and make us do bad things? Isn’t it really God that gave us our humanity and the vices that come with it?

@gp5 no ifs about it and he was fully human like us and fully God. And what does magic have to do with it? Magic is reserved for witches and leprechauns and the like. He is the Creator! Don’t confuse magic with power and authority.
